Adopting an automatic and hermetic feeding system, the perovskite chemical is stably supplied from the linear die to the flexible application roller according to the set parameters.
After a precise leveling process, a continuous,uniform, and stable liquid film is formed. Then,the perovskite material is uniformly coated onto the glass substrate through the transfer between the flexible application roller and the substrate.
And then, crystallization is achieved through a quantum dot crystallization furnace.

- It can form a uniform finishing on a wide substrate.
- Fully automated production can be achieved from substrate feeding, substrate positioning, liquid supply, coating, curing and substrate out-feed.
- The coating system adopts a dual servo lifting structure and is designed with a flexible coating system, which can produce a uniform finishing with a thickness of 110-120 nanometers even when the glass thickness difference is relatively large.
